1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
- Returns must be sent back to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items returned in used or damaged condition.
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
- Final sale or clearance items.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or style.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@woolenshell.com with photos of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

I liked the jacket because it's very light and at the same time quite warm. Not for a harsh winter, of course, but for spring-autumn, it's very good. Convenient pockets, which is important. The stitching is good and there's no smell. The only advice is not to try it on with black clothes! There's a little bit of lint left from the lining. Otherwise, everything is excellent!
Unfortunately not like the Zara jacket.
This is super thin and synthetic fabric. Maybe it won't itch but just vaporize without letting air in. Looks very cheap, if I knew I wouldn't have ordered. I will try to return the product and money. It arrived quickly but the quality is poor. Do not recommend.
Very thin for a swimsuit. XS is large, just oversized for a regular s-xs, it feels like nothing for such money, but at -5 degrees it's not wearable. In general, this item was lying around with a Zara doll.
I took size XS, I have a 98 cm bust and it's at least two sizes bigger. It's loose but super warm. The quality matches the price. The material is of average quality.
